Screen saver preview button does not work due to moving the mouse.
Cause:
The mouse was moved too quickly after clicking the 'Preview' button. This may cause the preview to disappear or not to start at all.
Solution:
Click 'OK' or 'Cancel' to close the 'Display Properties' dialog box. Re-open the dialog box, and make sure the mouse is not moved immediately after clicking 'Preview'.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)

3) Double-click the 'Display' icon. (The 'Display Properties' dialog box appears.)

4) Click the 'Screen Saver' tab.
5) Select a screen saver from the 'Screen Saver' drop-down list box. (An example of the selected screen saver appears in the video display.).

6) Click 'Preview'.
CAUTION: Do not move the mouse pointer too quickly after clicking 'Preview'.
7) Click anywhere on the preview display to close the window.
8) Click 'Apply' to save all screen-saver settings.
9) Click 'OK'.
